It’s been a long and troubling year with Covid virus all round here,
And St Augustines live streamed Masses to ya.
Father Wayne and Deacons two, prayed and planned and got us through
the fear we shared of getting too close to ya.
Halleluia, halleluia, halleluia, halleluia.
Masks and sanitizing sprays were now a part of day by day,
and lots of folks were introduced to Zoom.
But now the church is opened up, to all who couldn’t come to sup.
And look at us, we’re filling up the room!
Halleluia, halleluia, halleluia, halleluia.
And now the doors are opened wide, come in and know He’s by your side,
Then go, and spread the Word that He gave to ya!
Be the hands and feet of Christ, spread peace, and love, with all your might,
And all the while singing Halleluia!
