As the war in Israel continues, there is a heavy toll on innocent people in the region. Our hearts and minds are attuned to children and families victimized by terrorism in the Middle East. Therefore, the Most Reverend Barry Knestout is asking all parishes to take up a special collection for the Catholic Near East Welfare Association and Pontifical Mission. St. Augustine is hosting a winter coat give-away. Stop by the Hall next Sunday, January 14th between 12:00noon – 3:00pm to browse a selection of free coats in various sizes for the whole family. Coats will be given on a first-come, first serve basis.”
